After our birth
We're greeted with laughter
Welcome to planet earth
When dying there's crying
As we await our return
To the place from where we came
Where life and death are both the same
And share a common name
A joyful word that rhymes with hereafter
Often heard when family and friends
Gather to celebrate our life on earth
